A telecommunications company based in Dunkeld, Johannesburg, is seeking learners based in Soweto for a C2C Learnership. This learnership will teach you how to use social media to promote real products and services. You will be trained to become a digital marketer and content creator. After your training, you will create weekly social media posts that help people learn about Smartcall products and special offers available on the Smartcall Online Store. You do not need to be a big influencer. If you have an active, engaged audience on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, X, or YouTube — and you are ready to learn how to create content that drives real customer interest — this could be your opportunity. Learn short-form video, photography, captions, on-camera confidence, digital marketing, and how to promote real Smartcall products and offers online.

Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID.
Must have Matric/Grade 12.
Must reside in Soweto.
Must be between the ages of 18–34 years.
Active on social media, confident, creative, willing to learn, and ready to work consistently.
Platform thresholds (meet on some platforms): TikTok 1,000+ followers with 3%+ engagement; Instagram 750+ followers with 3%+ engagement; Facebook 750+ page followers or 500+ active friends with consistent engagement; WhatsApp Status 150+ daily views; X (Twitter) 500+ followers with 1.5%+ engagement; YouTube 200+ subscribers with regular uploads and 2%+ engagement.
