Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge and skills in BPO processes and systems.
- Assist with handling customer inquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Complete assessments and evaluations to track progress and learning outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Degree.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts (7 am–11 pm).

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
